Village dedicated to the attractiveness of healthcare professions and run by the FHF’s HR Division.
A space dedicated to associations, institutions and recruiters with a central agora to discuss the problems and vision of tomorrow’s HR, the issues of Quality of working life, career paths, training and promoting little-known professions.

New in 2023: Overseas Federations Village
(with programme -mini-agora within the Village)
The regional hospital federations representing the Overseas Territories and Departments of the three Oceans: Pacific (New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna and French Polynesia), Atlantic (French Guiana, Guadeloupe and Martinique), Indian Ocean with Reunion Island are present for the first time in a “village”, to highlight their assets and their dynamics. An archipelago of change of scenery, representative of the diversity of the French Overseas Territories, but even more so the proof of the attractiveness of establishments carrying innovations and projects for the benefit of their territories, through meetings, conferences, events…

New in 2023: Village ASPEC* – Contamination Control
(with speeches in the Construction, Engineering and Technical Platform agora)
The ASPEC Village will be dedicated to contamination control in the vicinity of a purpose-built operating theatre to present practical workshops and conferences as well as exhibitors specialising in the trades represented. 3 days to present a practical approach to highlight the field of the invisible, to present technical and innovative solutions but also to insist on the role of the personnel (behaviour, dress…). The Village will enable visitors to discover all the professions involved in the global approach to contamination control and the control of infectious risks in the fight against nosocomial infections.
This village is intended to be a real crossroads of exchanges around the subjects of the control of the contamination and the various actors and experts present, come to ask your questions, we will be there for you!
*ASPEC has been a professional association for more than 50 years, a reference organisation in the field of controlled environments and risk areas. It is an association recognised as being of public utility and works in particular and increasingly in health establishments as a training organisation for the understanding of normative texts, zones and their constraints and the behaviour of personnel to adopt.

Pharmaceutical Companies Village – LEEM

For its 5th participation in SantExpo, Leem, the professional organisation of pharmaceutical companies, is bringing together 12 laboratories in its village to welcome visitors for three days structured around the challenges of health democracy. The daily work of manufacturers with associations to advance patient care, the need to guarantee access to medicines in France and the attractiveness of our ecosystem in terms of clinical research are the pillars necessary to offer therapeutic solutions to health professionals and guarantee patients the best chances in the fight against disease.
In a context of geopolitical and energy crisis, and in the aftermath of a pandemic that has severely tested our healthcare system, pharmaceutical companies are more than ever at the heart of the innovation challenge.

The 32 French university hospitals are waiting for you on their stand at SantExpo.
A stand of conferences, emulation on the dynamics and innovations which animate the UHC, with a rich program during the three days of the show.
A common thread: transitions
The university hospitals are transforming, adapting and strengthening themselves for the health of the French. Patients’ expectations, respect for the environment, attractiveness and loyalty of teams, quality of care, research and innovation are all levers of transformation that the UHC will be keen to address during the numerous discussions and round tables.
The 32 UHC will also have a stand dedicated to recruitment at the Salon infirmier – stand E20
