CSR PolicyToward a More Responsible Show, Together!
The show continues its environmental and social transformation. From eco-design to inclusion, every action counts – including yours!
Discover how you can help, in your own way, make SantExpo an exemplary event.
SantExpo is betting on the circular economy & a smaller carbon footprint, with concrete actions:
Partially reusable, PVC-free signage
Carpeting limited to key areas
Less paper printing (a single A5 visitor map)
Digital materials (digital guide, maps, QR codes)
A SantExpo mobile app (QR code badge, program)
Reuse of badge lanyards and holders...
What you can do
Exhibitors: choose durable materials, limit printing and opt for reusable supports.
Visitors: remember to download the app, use QR codes and choose low-carbon transportation.
Better Waste Management
Waste management is a shared responsibility.
Each exhibitor is asked to take away the waste from its stand.
If needed, a dumpster can be ordered through the technical platform (available in the exhibitor area). Reuse is encouraged thanks to our partner RE’UP (available in the exhibitor area).
💡 In 2024: 1,110 m³ of waste, or 333 tons generated – at a cost of €50,000.
What you can do
Exhibitors: choose reuse solutions and manage your waste responsibly.
Visitors: place your waste in the designated bins and skip non-essential paper flyers.
More Committed Catering*
SantExpo fights food waste and adopts sustainable practices:
Food restocking spread throughout the day
Donations to nonprofits (e.g., Le Chaînon Manquant)
Responsible, plastic-free containers
*In line with France’s AGEC law
What you can do
Exhibitors: limit single-use packaging at your stand.
Visitors: choose sustainable options in the catering areas.
