Description
Created in 1971, the National Association of General Nurses (ANIG) became the French Association of Health Directors (AFDS) in 2002.
These objectives:
- To federate all directors of care, regardless of the place of practice and the position held.
- Enhance the role of director of care and its statutory and financial development.
- To promote care activities, training, teaching and research in the field of nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care.
- Participate in the ongoing training of care directors by organising National Study Days and Reflection Seminars.
- Disseminate professional information, monitor it and promote communication, in particular through its website, social networks and through our media partnerships (APM, Groupe Profession Santé, Hospimedia, Soins Cadres).
- To support care directors in the performance of their duties, in particular by developing managerial strategies, within a network of resource persons.
