From 2024 onwards, it will be offering to meet with establishments on the theme of "becoming and being a parent when you're a hospital worker". This reflection will cover 3 key areas: - from the parenthood project to the start of maternity leave - from birth to the end of maternity/paternity leave - from returning to work to the child's 3rd birthday
