PSC reform: prévoyance at the heart of hospital workers' concerns.

Preventive health insurance is an essential element of protection for hospital workers. At a time when 1 in 4 healthcare workers declare themselves to be in poor health, there is an urgent need to protect the men and women who look after us. The reform of the PSC appears to be an important tool for responding to this major concern of hospital workers. For the time being, however, provident cover is only regarded as optional in the reform. This Agora will provide an opportunity to explore ways in which, from tomorrow, we can offer provident cover that is better adapted to the specific risks faced by all healthcare professionals.
